DESPICABLE: Moments After Mail Bomb Suspect Arrested, Democrats Pull Sick Move

On Friday, Cesar Altier Sayoc, 56, was taken into custody in Plantation, Florida, in connection with the 12 suspicious packages that were sent to prominent Democrats this week. It was only moments later that the Democrats pulled a sick move.

Among the tenets of the Democratic playbook is the age-old mantra “never let a good crisis go to waste.” And, you can bet that the left isn’t wasting any time in politicizing this week’s mail bomb scandal. In fact, they’re using it for their latest fundraising scheme.

On Friday, Cesar Altier Sayoc, 56, was taken into custody in Plantation, Florida, in connection with the 12 suspicious packages that were sent to prominent Democrats this week:

The suspect in a mail bombing spree targeting critics of President Donald Trump has been identified. Cesar Altier Sayoc, 56, was taken into custody on Friday morning in Plantation, Florida in connection with the 12 suspicious packages that have been discovered this week.

According to Sayoc’s Facebook page, he is a Trump fan who posted pictures and videos of himself at one of the President’s rallies in October 2016. He posted a photograph of himself wearing a MAGA hat in front of the US Capitol in 2017.

Sayoc was convicted of a threat to ‘throw, place, project or discharge any destructive device’ in 2002 in Dade County, Florida, court records show. He claims to be Native American, and according to a picture posted on his social media page, he is a member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Other information from his LinkedIn page suggests that Sayoc is Filipino. “It’s an incredible job by law enforcement,” said President Donald Trump in response to the arrest. “We’ve carried out a far-reaching federal, state, and local investigation to find the person or persons responsible for these events. These terrorizing acts are despicable and have no place in our country,” he continued.

“We must never allow political violence to take root in America,” Trump added. “In these times we have to unify, we have to come together.”

Within minutes of the president’s moving statement, however, the DNC was already sending out fundraising emails which focused on his “vile” nature and shamelessly begged for money in the wake of the mail bomb ordeal.

“In case you haven’t noticed, Donald Trump has bet the whole farm that he can win these midterm elections by going all in on the message of hatred, fear, and division during the final stretch of this election,” an email sent by Tom Perez, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, read.

“I am not exaggerating when I say that Trump threatens the fundamental tenets of our democracy,” the email went on to say.

I don’t know about you, but I didn’t hear a “vile” word in President Donald Trump’s response to Cesar Altier Sayoc’s arrest. In fact, the president’s comments were markedly inspiring and unifying.

But, as we all know, the left insists on politicizing everything. Did you think they were going to take a hiatus so soon before the November midterms, especially as their “Blue Wave” was growing smaller and smaller by the day?

Surely not. We should expect nothing less from them.

Ironically, the only ones sowing “hatred, fear, and division” are the Democrats. It was Hillary Clinton who said “civility can start again” only when the Democrats are back in power, not Donald Trump. It was Barack Obama’s former Attorney General Eric Holder who told activists that they should physically assault Republicans and “kick” Trump supporters. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to discern just who is inciting hatred around here.
