White House correspondent Jim Acosta thought he could breathe a sigh of relief after CNN got his “hard press pass” reinstated last week. CNN challenged the White House’s decision to revoke the leftist reporter’s “hard pass” in federal court, and it appeared that the judge ruled in their favor. Now, Acosta is sweating bullets after press secretary Sarah Sanders set a perfect trap to revoke his pass for good. You’ll love this.
Last week CNN’s leftist pundit Jim Acosta, who claims to be an unbiased reporter, was the center of a federal court case. At first, liberals backing what the president calls a “fake news” network thought they had scored a victory against the Trump administration.
Did CNN really win? Well, if you look at the long game, the correct answer is “NO.” Americans across the country have watched Jim Acosta for almost two years harass, belittle, and disrupt President Trump’s press secretary. Most of that time, it has been Sarah Huckabee Sanders on the front lines.
Acosta constantly disrupts the flow of the press conferences which led to Americans wondering when was enough, going to be enough? That time came during the now infamous presser the day after the midterms with President Donald Trump.
After crybaby-Acosta refused to give up the mic to the White House intern, the Trump administration was done and they revoked his press pass. Which brings us to the CNN court case and the judge’s ruling. First, Judge Kelly did not rule that the White House violated Acosta’s First Amendment rights.
“In explaining his decision, Kelly said he agreed with the government’s argument that there was no First Amendment right to come onto the White House grounds,” the Washington Post reports adding, “Kellly’s ruling, however, primarily emphasized evidence indicating that the White House’s decision to boot Acosta had violated the Fifth Amendment, which guarantees due process in government actions.”
Instead, Judge Kelly said it’s possible that Acosta’s Fifth Amendment right to “due process” was denied, meaning the White House should have given Acosta warnings that his behavior would lead to being banned from the press conferences.
So, if Acosta wants “due process,” he is going to get it. Sarah Sanders just served Acosta with his “due process” also known as “rules there is no way Jim Acosta can abide by.”
The Free Beacon reports, “White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Monday issued ‘rules that will govern White House press conferences going forward’ in response to the behavior of CNN’s chief White House correspondent, Jim Acosta, earlier this month.”

There are three rules causing Jim Acosta to sweat bullets. Basically, if the CNN crybaby is caught just one time acting out in his normal fashion, he will then be immediately permanently banned from the White House, and he can forget about another lawsuit.
“We have created these rules with a degree of regret. For years, members of the White House press corps have attended countless press events with the President and other officials without engaging in the behavior Mr. Acosta displayed at the November 7, 2018 press conference,” Huckabee Sanders said in a statement.
What are the odds that Jim Acosta can abide by these rules?

The three rules include: limiting reporters to one question before they must yield the floor to other journalists; asking a follow-up question or questions only at the discretion of President Donald Trump or another White House official answering questions, before then yielding the floor; and “physically surrendering the microphone” to White House staff when applicable for the next questioner.
So, Jim Acosta has now officially been given his “due process” with this list of rules. Now, we can just sit back and wait for CNN’s ticking time bomb known as Jim Acosta to go off. This time, Sarah Sanders will have all the power to tell Jim: “Get the hell out Acosta, and don’t you ever come back.” Our beloved press secretary has laid the perfect trap, and this is going to be really fun to watch.
