VIDEO: Kamala Harris Draws Parallel Between ICE & The KKK

California Senator Kamala Harris is one of many liberals gearing up for a 2020 presidential run. Between News Jersey Senator Cory Booker’s “Spartacus moment” and “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Micheal Avenatti’s felony domestic violence arrest, so far this has been a contest on who can be the most objectionable. Harris may have pulled ahead in this race to the bottom by drawing a shocking parallel between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the KKK.

On Thursday, President Donald Trump’s nominee for Director of Homeland Security, Ronald Vitiello, faced questions from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. For some reason, it seems like Kamala Harris is on every Senate committee, and she continued her history of asking stupid questions.

This is a little convoluted, but at some point, Vitiello had tweeted that the Democratic Party was “liberal-cratic” and “neo-Klanist.” This was in response to conservative radio host Mark Levin, who had argued that the modern Democratic Party is still segregated.

With this tweet in mind, Harris asked, “What is the history that would then make those words wrong?” according to The Washington Examiner.

Harris went on to ask a series of leading questions about the KKK that eventually resulted in Vitiello saying that the KKK used “fear and intimidation” against racial minorities.

“Are you aware of the perception of many about how the power and the discretion at ICE is being used to enforce the laws and do you see any parallels?” Harris asked.

In context, Harris was asking if Vitiello saw any similarities between ICE tactics and KKK tactics, to which he responded, “I do not see any parallels.” He then asked, “That puts ICE in the same category as the KKK. Is that what you’re asking me?”

“No, I’m very specific in what I’m asking you. Are you aware of a perception that the way…” said Harris.

“I see none,” Vitiello said interrupting.

“Are you aware that there is a perception that ICE is administering its power in a way that is causing fear and intimidation, particularly among immigrants and specifically among immigrants coming from Mexico and Central America?” Harris asked.

This is some serious liberal-speak going on here. Kamala Harris is saying that she’s not asking Vitiello if ICE is the same as the KKK, just if he’s aware that people like her perceive that comparison. In other words, she’s saying ICE and the KKK are synonymous.

“How can you be the head of an agency and be unaware of how your agency is perceived by certain communities?” Harris asked.

Harris continued, telling Vitiello it didn’t matter if there were actually any similarities between ICE and the KKK because, if people like her think so, that makes it true. This clusterfudge of thought is what’s known as “liberal logic.”

Because she is a complete lunatic, Harris brought it full circle and accused Vitiello of adding to the perception that ICE and the KKK are the same because he once called the Democratic Party “neo-Klanist.” How this makes a damn bit of sense is anyone’s guess.

Right off the bat, we can debunk Harris’ theory because Democrats formed and supported the KKK, while they despise and want to abolish ICE. Then, there’s that whole thing about how the KKK lynched black people in extra-judicial killings while ICE simply enforces existing US immigration law. One of these things is not like the other.

Kamala Harris is as bad with words as she is ideas, but make no mistake, she was directly comparing ICE with the KKK. That’s rotten, but what makes her worse is that she was trying to fool Ronald Vitiello into agreeing with her. Luckily, he was too smart to fall for liberal tricks.
