Michelle Attacks Trump & Says Barack Put Americans 1st — Instantly Regrets It

Michelle Obama continued on her big book tour over the weekend in Washington, D.C., and once again the former first lady trashed President Donald Trump. Michelle claimed her husband Barack Obama was by far a much better president than Trump. In fact, Michelle went so far as to claim that Barack always put Americans first and that the current president puts his own ego first. Well, Michelle was made to instantly regret that comparison. Don’t miss this.

Michelle Obama can’t seem to stop talking about President Trump on her big book tour, which is pretty ironic since her new memoir is 400 pages of drivel devoted to covering the former first lady’s entire life.

Judging by the amount of time Michelle spends trashing Trump on this tour, you’d think the book would be titled, “Becoming Anti-Trump.” Michelle’s handlers know Obama fans don’t really want to hear about the former first lady’s childhood. They’d rather hear Michelle lambast the current president.

So who better to help Michelle deliver that anti-Trump message than Valerie Jarrett and Barack Obama, who joined the former first lady on stage at Washington’s Capital One Arena on Saturday.

With Michelle leading the trio of Trump-haters on stage, they got to work trashing the president. In a well-scripted dialogue, the former first lady started describing the genesis of her “when they go low, we go high” motto.

Michelle Obama said, “That motto is his motto,” referring to her husband. She continued, “I say that because that’s how Barack operates,” adding, “I mean there’s so many times when I just want him — like I know all of you — to just curse them out.”

CNN reports, “Then she shared two key lines that summed up her husband’s guiding philosophy on why he avoided going ‘low’ in response to his critics: ‘The president isn’t the president for his own ego. The president is the president for the entire country,'” Michelle said.

Fake news CNN explained Michelle’s thoughts, reporting, “That, my friends, crystalizes one of the primary differences between the 44th and 45th Presidents in a simple yet effective way. While Obama strived to put his ego second and be the president for all Americans first, Trump is the opposite.”

Who are they kidding? There are entire articles devoted to counting the number of times Barack refers to himself in speeches. In fact, this trend of conservative outlets exposing the former president’s huge ego got the Obama sycophants at the Washington Post pissed off. They really hated that their “anointed one” was exposed as an egomaniac, writing an article titled, “Count Obama’s references to ‘I’ and ‘me’ while you can, conservative media.”

While campaigning in 2012, Barack referred to himself a whopping 117 times in one speech, reported the Daily Mail. The Daily Caller also proved the former president can’t help but make everything about himself. While Barack was supposed to be eulogizing the five fallen Dallas police officers back in May 2016, he once again focused his remarks on his favorite topic: himself.

“President Obama referred to himself 45 times over the course of the speech he delivered Tuesday at the memorial service for the five police officers killed in Dallas last week,” The Daily Caller reported in May 2016. Then, they reported in January 2017, “OBAMA REFERS TO HIMSELF 75 TIMES IN FAREWELL ADDRESS.”

But the real point Michelle was making has to do with who puts Americans first. And it’s utterly ridiculous to say Barack Obama put Americans first. His entire agenda surrounded apologizing to the world for America’s greatness. He also hated the idea of “American exceptionalism.”

Obama made it crystal clear in his final State of the Union address that he believed America really isn’t better than any other country. He said, “I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect that the Brits believe in British exceptionalism.”

It was from Obama’s deep-seated hatred of America’s greatness that Donald Trump came up with his motto, “Make America Great Again.”

So, the entire Trump movement that swept the nation in 2016 was an absolute rejection of Barack Obama and his “America isn’t really great” ideals he tried to sell the world. Americans were sick and tired of a president who told us we needed to apologize for being the greatest nation on earth.

Americans reacted to Michelle’s statement, like Twitter user “Defend Old Glory” who tweeted, “@MichelleObama your husband NEVER put America first! He put his leftist & globalist agenda foremost. Stop your lies you bloody fool.”

Then there was Twitter user “FH” who blasted the former first lady, posting, “@MichelleObama No, Dean & Michelle. President Obama put the world first & President Trump puts America first. Obama strategically weakened America’s military & economics leveling the playing field w/ other countries in the world. We voted for Trump because we do to want this.”

Social media had hundreds of responses addressing this notion that Barack Obama ever put America first. Obama’s words and his actions for eight years told all Americans that we were no longer an exceptional nation and that America’s glory days were over. Barack laughed at Trump’s promise he would restore America’s manufacturing jobs. He ridiculed those who wore MAGA hats.

So, Michelle Obama can say many things about her husband, but saying he put America first is crossing the line. Patriots endured eight years of Obama and his henchmen tearing at the very fibers of the Constitution and everything we hold dear as Americans. And we thank God that Donald Trump had the guts to stand up to the DC establishment swamp dwellers and say it’s time we Make America Great Again.
